Tp nk buat mcm mana kan, these kinda things happen and time pregnant ni lah anything can happen. So redha jelah. Frm now on kena jg makan minum, lebihkan air masak and sayur, kurangkan nasik.
So kat klink kesihatan tu, they changed my tagging from 'green' to 'yellow'. Kira mid-risk pregnancy lah.
Smalam kn puasa lagi smp this morning to take blood during fasting. Pastu im told to do the tests 2 hours after each meal for the day. Ni dh buat 3 kali. Esok kn jmp doctor lagi to review the results. Mintak2 okay :)
Apa tu GD? Its kencing manis yg hit only during pregnancy. Hmm.. Nak tau lebih? Sila Google ye. Hehehe. Panjang sgt nk explain.
